Upon arrival, the rooms were not ready despite our advance notice, lacking essential items like a water kettle and towels. However, the hotel staff, particularly Mr Kesavan, was kind and cooperative. The location, although near the bus stand, had ongoing construction causing inconvenience. The dining experience fell short with limited options, yet the marmalade was a delicious highlight.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant. The rooms were spacious and clean, ideal for a quick one-night stopover, and they even upgraded me to a family room which was a nice touch. The service was impeccable, although there was a slight confusion with our booking initially. The location, near the bus stand, was convenient for my travels although the area was a bit noisy at times. The dining options were satisfactory with a decent complimentary breakfast. Overall, a good value for money hotel with friendly service.

Unfortunately, there was a mix-up regarding our booking being cancelled late at night, and no rooms were available. The location near the new bus stand was very convenient, although there was some construction work nearby, causing dust and mud on my car. The dining experience was mediocre, with a basic setup for all meals. Overall, the hotel provided essential services like dry cleaning, laundry, wake up calls, newspapers, a free airport shuttle, and valet parking.
